The 93mm fan for high static thrust

The all new DS-51-DIA HST is the newest member of our HST fans family. With its 93mm diameter the fan fits perfectly into the 90mm class and carries the HST fan product line forward to smaller diameters. The design of the new DS-51-DIA HST implements all features of the bigger HST fans:

• a perfect match of fan and motor design
• brand new motor design meets the high torque requirements of the 12 bladed rotor
• highest efficiency of 64-70% (fan-motor-controller) notwithstanding the high torque concept
• long flying times plus high power input without damages or overheating
• 12 bladed rotor for lower rpm and high flow deflection
• CFRP-Aluminium design with ultrathin rotorblades
• high modulus carbon fibre shroud - perfect true running due to collet rotor mount
• 3-phase wiring comfortably attached at the fan shroud Right now the fan is in its final intensive test phase
